i don't know why i cry.
i can guess why
but one reason never feels right
nothing is clear enough to know
and i don't understand some of the things i do
and the way i act sometimes.
i tend to do and say things before i have a chance to think about their meaning.

i've been over anxious the past few days.
i don't know what it is that's making me feel like this.
i don't like it and it needs to stop.

but last night was good.
from like 9 on i felt normal.
it was a refreshing feeling.
knowing that it still is possibly for me to not be crazy.
