riley, its REALLY important you know this. you are NOT supposed to be doing cardio while on a detox/cleanse. EVER. your body is weak because its being flushed of all the nutrients. these cleanses, while your body reaps rewards while they are through, aren't nutritionally safe. and i'm not against them either, i totally wish i had the will power to get through the master cleanse. but trust me, you'll wind up on your bathroom floor dehydrated needing to go to the e.r. (me last summer!) so, take it easy. lay out and read and sleep lots this week. you can't be doing cardio. okay? the yoga is fine and pilates too but NO MORE CARDIO. its pointless because you aren't supporting your muscles with any nutrition whatsoever.

weird! i knew not to overdo it, but i didn't think 20 minutes was a bad idea. i'm trying to be safe, so i'll take your advice. i plan on strolling through the hood instead, that's probably better.

no worries about dehydration though. i'm sippin lots of h20 allllllll day.
