Does anyone know how to use a Verizon phone with music and miniSD crap? I'm so lost, and there's no directions!

I could... because my mom has one... but I would need to see it... so sorry I am no imitate help.

I got it figured out... I ended up taking it back to the store and talking to the people there as well as calling the help line.
