There's a new Pope!

They've elected a new Pope, Germany's Cardinal Ratzinger. Just thought I'd inform you all of this, because I don't feel like doing chemistry right now. (I think he looks grandfatherly enough, but not as much as our former).

He's so old! And even though it is GREAT that he condemns factory farming, he also believes in NO BIRTH CONTROL WHATSOEVER!! Hmmm...that is kinda crazy... Personally, I am all about John Paul. He looked so cute in his little pope outfit riding around in the popemobile

OMG, what is with crazy Christian conservatives and no birth control? Do they WANT the number of abortions to increase, along with the population, which is already reaching its carrying capacity? Do they want lots of children born to teenage girls who aren't ready to be mothers? Jesus Christ!
