I am having no luck finding a good, affordable apartment in Brooklyn thus far. When someone comes to visit me, they'll have to ask the homeless man singing to his own feces where Joey Vallese lives and he'll point to the dumpster with the Tori Amos poster taped to the side.

listen joey. if you keep saying you are having no luck, ima' smack you. you're not moving in til jun 1--most people find a place and move in a like a week later. and how do you know you haven't found anything when you haven't looked at any places yet? there are tons of adds within your pricerange on craigslist, and there is no way to tell if a place is good or bad until you see it.

Well, a) that was regarding my frustration with the brokers who keep pissing me off and b) I really wanted to use that Tori Amos poster on a dumpster imagery, I'll be honest.
