of course he got the death penalty, it was a sensationed case. I didn'r really follow the case that well, but the little i did follow didn't seem to make him look all that guilty. I don't think there was any real concrete evidence. capital punishment is so gay, plus it considered unlawful under the 8th amendment. bitch!
