My bikes tires were both flat, I couldn't even ride it. Shitty bust.
I'll make a playlist now and do that 10 Minute Trainer in my room - I'm thinkin' I'll do it like this:
1. Stretch of course!
2. Legs, I'm best at those.
3. Arms if I'm feelin' like it.
4. Abs, and if theres any possible way, I'll do it twice.
5. Then lastly the Yoga one to cool down.
