Last night Caleb, Reese, Danny, Megan, Ross, Bethany, and I all had Dolly Parton night. What is Dolly Parton Night, you ask? Well, we all got breast enlargements and donned fantabulous wigs, then bought plane tickets to move to Tennesse. Ha ha. No, we all cooked recipes out of "Dolly's Dixie Fixins" and then watched Nine to Five while drinking PBR

Now that I live in the south (Charlotte, NC), I can truly appreciate those dishes, especially the grits. The hush puppies that they have down here look different, but what it all boils down to is Onion ring batter. Cherwine is something that is big down here. It's basically cherry flavored pop.
