qudrat-e-haq = "nature's decision"...jo kudrat ka haq hai....that's what I think...

waaN = "wahaan".....poetic license?,or is it actually that in urdu, I dunno...but that's what it means...

parizadon= pariyan...angels...
khuld=heaven
intaqaam=revenge
qudrat=nature....hence "qudrat-e-haq"=nature's right...by play of fate...
hoorein=angels...
waan=wahaan..."there"

"I will take my revenge on these fair angels,in heaven,
if, by some play of fate, they turn up there..."

this is just my understanding...and ghalib is known for "many meaning" shers...so you are welcome to conjure up your knows...pls do post them here too...

thanks
sid
