preliminary hearing. they tacked on three extra charges.... possession of THC, possession of drug paraphanelia, and criminal damage to property from the aaron incident, which aaron and i both agree was an accident. pled not guilty to those charges. later court date set.

on the felony charges, that was an "initial appearance." we setup a preliminary hearing for july 26th at 3pm, where the district attorney will present its evidence and case against me. we requested the trial on a non-speedy basis (speedy option for those who don't get bail option or can't make bail and are in jail the whole time the trial is going on). i am out of jail on $6,000 ROR bond.
