Okay, technically he is the man next door as he's well into his twenties.  He's the Parton's son, Normon.  NormON PartON.  Even funnier is that his dad's name is GordON.  Okay, maybe just I find that funny.  I don't know much about Normon, but it's easy enough to fill in the blanks with stereotypes that come to mind so easily.
