Why is it the best things happen at the worst times?

So Tom and I went to look at the house I mentioned yesterday, during their open house today.  And wouldn't you know it...now that my job is in jeopardy, and future finances are uncertain, we've found the best house we've looked at yet, and one we both walked around, thinking "yeah...we could live here."

Attic room
Matress comes off one and you put storage or book cases on top the frame the other matress stays and you put pillows to make it into a couch type space. As for guest bedding with couples, See if you can't come up with a clever way to put the two matresses side by side at the same height, stack them on top of each other when not in use and the room could be your sewing room?

It is a charming house, I love it!
