my mom and i went to publix and after unloading the groceries into the car, i pushed the cart aside. there was no cart station nearby. i should've propped it up onto a curb or something, which i USUALLY do, but i didn't. stupid move (or lack thereof), but plenty of people leave the cart wherever they had it; i guess i just didn't think about it

you know, we hesitated at first wondering if we really had to stay since it's not like we hit the damn car ourselves. but everyone seemed to be in a big stink over it, so we didn't want to take any chances.
