[Grimmer back peddled away once she drew out her pistol, but otherwise stood his ground, nervously chewing on the side of his cheek until she lowered the gun.] Don't worry, don't worry. It's just me here.
[He waved his hand is reassurance and grinned warmly as she lowered the gun. He paced towards her, limping from his sprained ankle. It had healed significantly since that the explosion, but it was far from perfect. When she sat down, Grimmer slowly sat down in front of her, (so as to avoid hurting his ankle) and crossed his legs. He had a small smile on his face, and his eyes appeared shut.]
...Are you doing okay? From the looks of it, your getting the really bad fake nightmares as well? [Grimmer scratched the side of his head. He emphasized fake so as to remind her that it was false; that there was nothing to panic about. However, to a lesser extent, Grimmer was also saying it to convince himself as well.]
(OOC: No, I've only just finished high school; lack of sleep is from a cold, birds squawking at 3am and my cat meowing at my window just after that. x( And that's definitely true for me.)
[The young woman watched as Grimmer sat down in front of her, taking note of his limp-most likely from the explosion. At his question she gave him a half-hearted shrug, before shaking her head slightly and then just gave a sigh as she ran her hands through her hair in agitation. She gave him an annoyed look at the emphasis on “fake” although she nodded her head; she knew they weren't real, they were dead.
She should know, she killed them after all…
Vera trembled violently as the feeling of nausea rose up, clamping a hand over her mouth on instinct. She forced herself to think of something else, anything to make the slowly rising whispers go away and the small bloody shadow to disappear out of the comer of her eye. But she could already feel the panic and fear and guilt begin to overwhelm her again, she needed to find something to focus on or she
