I've done so little work this week in the office.  I've spent a exhorbident amount of time reading up on basketball/raptors stuff.  I just read a small article on Joey Graham in which is is quoted as saying that this year is his coming out party.

This has been the longest week up here.  it feels like it should be friday, but it's only wednesday. wow... this blows.  I can't wait to see people this weekend for THANKSGIVING!  gawd this wait is unbearable.

I'm kinda glad Ted has been talking about how hard it is to get along with roommates.  I'm about to head back into sharing a place with other people after not having lived with anyone for 5 months.  People always go into these things with so many expectations and those expectations are rarely ever realized.  I hope this works out well though.  I'd ( Read more... )

I've been eating absolutely terribly lately.  It's hard to buy groceries when you're only going to be somewhere for 4 days out of a week.  Everything I buy is in small quantities.   Hopefully things will change when I move into my new place with NEW ROOMMATES!  Some people say they can't stand living with other people.  They want their own place.  ( Read more... )

My company picked up a major contract a couple of weeks ago with CVRD Inco.  That meant that this week I was taken on a whirlwind tour of the mines and operations of the Inco property and I gotta say that shit is interesting.

It's 12:30 AM... I guess this is Thursday morning.  I've been here since 7:00 AM Wednsday.  I haven't finished everything either.  Can you say massive overtime?

gawd damn I'm hoping I get a day or two off work for this.... 

the drive between Sudbury and Markham is pretty easy.  There's always something new on the road.  Last friday it was a young moose freaked out by cars while it tried to cross the road... that thing was big.  On Sunday it was a little deer's turn to jaywalk.

ever since the hit and run I've found that I'm really nervous when I'm driving.  I'm not worried that I'm going to crash into something or that I'm going to cause an incident or anything like that, but nervous that someone is going to do something like jump out in front of my car or almost run me over while I'm crossing the street ( Read more... )
