Eli was rinsing his cup that he had used under his meal when Aidan walked into the kitchen and saw him wash it, but didn't say anything even though he had a pretty good idea what had happened a few moments earlier. Which had been that he had poured most of it down the drain. He knows he should be all bloodthirsty and all, but every time he took a sip that night flashed before his eyes and it wasn't something he wanted to relive if he didn't have to.
The radio is on low and it's this ancient song called He won't smile by this band called Hue & Cry. Why the radio was even playing it, maybe they were having some kinda 80's day or it was a request or something. He just couldn't believe he actually remembered that song. He didn't even like it when he was younger, but his Mom had loved it and turned it up every time it was on. So, maybe that was why he could remember it so well.
"What are you doing?" Renée asked Eli, as he was drying the cup and putting it back in the shelf with the rest of the cups. She had on a skirt that had a magenta colored shiny looking skirt with some black lace on the end and golden looking thread used to sow patterns in it, as far as he could see.
"Washing up my cup. I'm being polite, you know." He told her, and she just rolled her eyes at him. He looked her over some more and saw that she was dressed and ready to go, more or less. What he saw of her top underneath her hoodie was a dark gray top with some purple lining. The hoodie's hood was interesting because it had these two little cat ears and the pockets in front which here hands were buried in were this stripey black & gray with gray skulls on it. What looked to be a skeleton of a cat over one side of her chest.
The boots... the boots could probably kill a person. They were insane. They reached almost her knee, had some kinda brown fur on top and the back was all seriously laced up. It had to take some time to get into those and they had a seriously heel on them, as well.
"Okay, whatever. Lets get going, I don't want to spend my entire night on this thing. Just a few items and then we're out of there. Technically you shouldn't leave the house until the day after tomorrow, but I guess it's okay if I go with you." Renée told him, and ignored the look on Aidan's face as he noticed her outfit. But they were almost out of the kitchen by way of the stairs it had in the middle when Aidan opened his mouth.
"What's up with the quirky outfit, sis?" He asked her, and grinned at her when she glared at him.
"What? I can't dress like I feel for once? Seriously." She told him, and walked back up the stairs while Eli trailed after her like the puppy he was. Which when you think about it is all Aidan't fault in the first play. Him and Jay, if they hadn't felt all hyper & crazy. Hadn't gotten the idea of 'Hey, lets feed on Renée's one night stand'!
"So, apparently you feel like a teenager." Aidan told her, now smirking at her and oooohh, you could see it on her that she just wanted to morph into a leopard and shred Aidan with her big claws. She would have her revenge, like always.
"...You know what? Forget it. Come on, Eli. Let's go and get it over with." Renée told Eli, and tugged on his shirt sleeve. When they were down the stairs and all she told him; "Do not become like him. Please. Hate me, or all of us but do not become like him. He can be really annoying and he knows it, uses it." She told him and grabbed her coat on the way out. Time to go to his old place and grab some stuff.
