I just watched a movie...

It was called Angel Eyes. There was one incredibly touching part in it. Catch has lost his wife and child in a car accident. He's essentially blocked the entire thing out of his mind.

He goes to their graves and he says the following...

I actually have a lot of moments like this where I sit down and realise just how important the minutes and seconds of the day are, how things can suddenly change, and so forth.
