dad officially has been diagnosed with alzheimers. him + grandpa = having a history of it on both sides of the family. so there's that to worry about every time one of my siblings or i can't remember where we left our keys ( Read more... )

On the plus side, Grandpa Van Mol had late onset, which isn't particularly genetic, and happens eventually to 1 in 5 women if they live past 85. By then you won't probably won't need to find keys for a car anyway.

Your doggie is adorable.

I'm very sorry to hear about your father. I suppose most people have to go through such things, but you never imagine what it'll feel like when it happens to you.
