My cousin killed himself today.
There are so many things in my head right now fighting for priority.
Like, his brother killed himself seven years ago. That means my aunt and uncle will outlive both of their children. And both of their children killed themselves.

Apparently I am hotter than Hell on Halloween today.
I got hit on by three guys today. Three. One of them asked me out right in front of another one.
I have been praised and flattered. Some of it in rather unusual ways.

Catching up on reading.
I have been sadly remiss in discussing my reading material, but I have been reading. I haven’t been sorely disappointed, so far, in anything I’ve read. For that, I can thank my friends who are readers - most of whom have recommended some stellar books. While some may not have been my particular cup of tea, I can understand the recommendation. I have the mother of all bladder infections.
I called my momma and told her that it was all her fault because she mentioned bladder infections earlier this week. I was teasing about that. But it is probably her fault, since genetics plays a role in whether or not you are prone to bladder infections. Momma copped to both counts. -
I'm really not ignoring anybody!
It seems forever since I’ve updated, but things have really been busy. Even when I haven’t been able to sleep, I’ve been too tiredto type. I haven’t answered much personal email or PMs, either. Mostly I’ve read my F-list and a few communities and only responded to things where I could be really brief and didn’t have to exert myself mentally.

Actually, I've already arrived in Alabama.
Had a nice chat with dracoangelica on the way down. Wednesday looks good, I'll call you tomorrow so we can plan.
