His BMI thingy on his website told me that in order to safely reach my goal weight of 150 by June 20th, I would have to lose an avg of 1.5lbs a week...not too bad...just super slow...guh! But, I don't need all the extra flabby skin hanging around. So, I guess the safest route (and most asthetic) is to do it slow and steady...damn these stretch
