ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You don't mean to SOUND shallow but you ARE. Very very very very very shallow. Reading that made me want to write a nasty email to him. And vomit a little.

So per request of Pam I was told to make a list of what I liked about myself. She said if I got stuck to ask some people I trusted, so I did and I got lots of nice answers. Today I left my house at 8:45am and did not come back at any point until 10:00pm. And the previous two days have been similar. And the next five days will be similar. I'm running on fumes. Why do I find it so difficult to say no when people ask me to do something? And why do I feel sooo incredibly guilty when I say no, even if it's what's best for me, that I feel rotten?
