Somehow I don't think Uncle Salvo is going to be that happy that Aletta quit law school and wants to become an actress. I wonder if he'll blame Danny for her not wanting to work for the family?

And it sounds like things with Rachel are not going well--she knows that Danny's keeping secrets from her and it's slowly killing their marriage. Quite sad indeed.

Uncle Salvo is not going to be very happy, but he'll come round. I don't think he'd blame Danny, maybe he'd say something in the heat of the moment, but he wouldn't mean it.

Things with Rachel really aren't going well. I think it shows if one partner in a marriage keeps such a huge secret, the other one is bound to notice something and it just causes strain.

Great to seee more of this story. Sounds like Danny's marriage is starting to go and that Rach either has a feeling he is lying or knows it.
I feel badly that Danny is going to have to drop the bomb to Uncle Salvo, I hope everything will be alright. Enjoyed this so much can't wait for more

I'm happy you enjoy it. :D Rachel definitely knows that something is up and that Danny's keeping secrets from her, and that can only be bad for their marriage.
But you don't have to worry about Uncle Salvo, as Danny says, family means everything to him, and he wouldn't be angry for long. :)

Danny, you're his favorite NEPHEW; Aletta's his youngest DAUGHTER. He's gonna be WAAAAAAY more pissed about what she wants to do than what you wanted to do, ESPECIALLY since he was grooming her to be their legal ace in the hole.

I honestly don't know what Uncle Salvo will do... I'm scared. It's literally up in the air. I KNOW he's gonna blow up, I just don't know what he'll do AFTER that.

Rachel's suspicious but Danny really is doing this to protect her and Grace. I feel like, with her at least, he's damned if he tells her and damned if he doesn't. She's safer for NOT knowing but most people wouldn't stay with their significant other after finding out that his/her relatives are the mafia. Even if the S/O wasn't part of that, blood is blood. Plus, they have a kid which ups the "I can't stay, for our child's safety more than mine." factor.

This shit is SOOOOO good. Can't wait for 5! :D
