===I know better than to ask such questions, as I know something about how faery tales work. (grins)

===If every you wonder, feel free to ask...I tend to be rather transparent about pretty much everything. (grins) of course, I am an elf...so even that tends to confuse folks more, but you all do seem to have a reasonably good translation skillset...(grins)

I've always been incredibly attracted to you.
Question:
How save friendships after a big fight?

How would *i* save a friendship after a fight? Space and time. (Not changing them, but letting them do their jobs.) Most of my fights are really just gigantic misunderstandings. Once a few moments (days?) are taken to ditch the emotional reflex, look at the situation objectively, and try to gain the other individual's perspective, a bunch of points are clarified and usually the fight can be resolved.
I really don't get into fights very often, though, and am hopelessly empathetic.

Should I tell my son that he should use his words instead of crying anytime he's upset? I want to see him become stronger without inflicting the "BOYS CAN NEVER EVER CRY" message...How do you plan to handle this with your boy?
Should I grow up to be Laura Ingalls Wilder (with more kids hopefully and living in New England instead of the plains)? Did *you* ever want to be Laura Ingalls Wilder?
Finally, where do you see yourself in 5 years? ;-)

I think the first answer is more practical, but any way, I'd love to! (Easier said than done, though. Traveling is extremely difficult for us atm and is often eaten by family... but i will work on arrangements.) Or you could come visit us, if you feel like trekking across the state!
We've both changed a bunch since we last met and I'll bet we could get some good conversation going.

Or.. maybe just younyours + me. I think that you would like Scott very much, but he works too much to be able to get much time off and... anyway it might do me some good to go on a trip.
Anyway, details can be worked on. :D Email me? Or I can email you.
