I watched it live with some friends and it was so much fun. We laughed. We gasped. We cheered.

So happy happy M/M are married. (Want to see that preview clip longer. Them in bed, yay!)

I really enjoyed the Matthew/Branson romance. I wasn't sure how they were going to bring it in but I thought it well done. I also thought it very clever (in spite of it a bit OTT) JF using that guy spiking Branson's drink (does he just carry such a thing around with him everywhere?) so the family would rally around Branson. Hee.

And Daisy protesting in the kitchen and MRs. P just sort of ignoring it. I also like OBryan and Thomas not liking each other.

Violet/Isobel/Grandma (What is her name?) So good to see these ladies play off each other.

Can't wait to see next week.

I know! Such an awesome episode.

I mean, as much as I LOVE Mary/Matthew, the other characters were brilliant too! I liked the spiking of Branson's drink too - it was nice to see the family rally round after all, like you say.

And O'Brien and Thomas not being friends is very interesting... Wonder where that will lead.

And YES!!! That preview clip was too short! By the sounds of it, someone walked in on them and probably woke them up!

And the money worries make a nice interesting backdrop. And it's interesting that Matthew's new fortune is once again up in the air and quite dependent on inheritance shenanigans once again!

I agree! I'm not much of a Sybil/Branson fan but I thought there scenes were nice (though shouldn't Sybil be further along?)

I think O'Brien and Thomas are interesting because she's been the one friend he's had in the house. But with her nephew coming it's like he's already presumed she will forget about that relationship. (I'm sure I'm reading more into it then JF wants).

I like the idea of the money putting everyone back on edge again as long as it doesn't last forever. (But it shouldn't be resolved next episode either).

Yeah, I think a few episodes worth for the money issues be good - not too dragged out. And I'm actually quite intrigued with what's going to happen with Bates. Usually Anna/Bates annoys me, but I liked them in this episode. And despite my earlier reservations, I'm finding Edith/Anthony quite sweet - though I'll always be an Edith/Evelyn shipper.

As for Sybil - I guess it has only been a month or two.

I watched it the other night. We had a wedding!! I was so sure they would push it into episode 2 lol.

Cora's mom is a piece of work! I'm a fan. :D

I had a good feeling that if there was going to be a wedding, it would be the first episode, as it makes more sense to have it at the start than midway I think. I was 99% sure they would get married, but there was always that little bit of doubt… I’m very, very happy they did! I thought they handled the relationship very well too and I can’t wait to see what they’re like married! I don’t think they’d ever get boring!

And I liked Cora’s mother too - she was great and I loved the bickering between her and Violet! Can’t wait for the next episode!
