That weekend was not long enough!!!!! I know I say that all the time, but really, it whizzed by at hitherto unknown speeds!

Cut for convenience. )

I've been feeling that way about weekends lately myself. I shouldn't be getting up earlier on the weekends than I do during the work week! And I've been spending so much time oot and aboot that I'm actually staying up late just to have goof off time on the computer, which only makes me more tired. I actually fell asleep for two hours at the D&D game yesterday, that's how tired I was!

Holy crap! I'm contagious. =)

Oddly, CGD rehearsal yesterday gave me a craving for D&D. We were talking about it and I started to get all nostalgic.

I know it's not an actual venue as in a big room, but I think Renaissance Faire might cover most of those requirements, and that's about the right time of year. I know they sometimes do weddings there, so maybe they do parties too?

LOL, actually I'm looking at doing it after the run of faire. Plus I'm looking for something that's slightly more private, has indoor options, and goes into the night.

By the by, you didn't know me 'round this time last year, but I work faire. Come see me, I'm the orange May Reveler, Chastity Cummings. =)

Check out some of the photos from last year at my facebook page...

Looking at May 23rd at the moment, as it's the first weekend after Faire ends, but it can be the 30th, or June 6th.

Are you planning your wedding for one of those weekends?
