bush declared the US at war last night, i guess against afghanistan. it didn't really hit me until this morning, though, when my mom said "i hope to god if it's a nuclear war we all go together and don't suffer...." that scared me. i realized now that this is serious, this is history, this will affect our lives forever. this could kill us ( Read more... )

How do people still have faith? well, its easy. Faith gives you faith. I had faith at that time knowing that these things happened for a reason. After all the things that had happened in Afganhistan, imagine the people there praying for help to get away from Saddam. ? what about them? shouldnt their prayers been answered too? now its confusing to whether or not they want us there... But still, we don't know how things would end. Things like this happen to TEST our faith, and if people give up, they didn't have faith in the first place. Lindsay, knowing there is a God, after the things that have happened this year, is part of what keeps me going. And Im not trying to preach to you, I'm trying to answer your question. I might post again later once I've had time to think about your questions some more.

one of the many reasons I don't believe, and it gets better, not only nuclear bombs but also terrorists are supposedly planning to highjack cargo planes coming from places like Mexico and Canada and fly them into nuclear power plants, reading this entry depresses me, I really hate life, at least it's a "peaceful" death in a way, you don't feel anything, you don't suffer, you don't even have time to think, that's how I wanted to go but not so much in this way, or this soon, I'm not ready yet
