Apartment situation is looking (sort of) up. We just received word that the application was processed and we passed; now we've just got a few financial things to juggle. For instance, they want the deposit tomorrow-- but Tanner still hasn't gotten his deposit back from the last place we were going to live, and we're not sure WHEN he'll be getting ( Read more... )

It bothers me intensely when I see widespread ignorance. And yes, I know it's everywhere, and usually I can turn a blind eye to it and go on with my life, because to get outraged over every little thing is futile, and completely exhausting. I AM SO SICK OF MY ROOMMATE.

This apartment-hunting is stressing me the fuck out. Even if we manage to find a reasonably priced one, with cats allowed and laundry on the premises, that's still walking distance to town... how are we going to pay for it?
