First of all, I am sorry for not being there at the Con this weekend. I do miss all of you and I also miss not having been able to meet Mrs. Grimm but there will be more times in the future to do that. The time off that I took this weekend really helped and I got plenty of rest and relaxation which helped my physical and mental health. So...YAY ( Read more... )

So, I get home Wednesday night, fix dinner, and sit down to watch a quick show on Tivo before going online and....blue screen. Not a BSOD just...blue. My VCR uses blue as a background when it is not getting a signal. First...panic. My shows! I had so much to watch still! Then...hope. Oh yeah! This has happened before. I recommend checking this out if you: A) Own a home and want to know what the current market value is, or 2) you are in the market to purchase a home and want to know what is a good value and what is not.
