What's dark soy sauce? I have all those ingredients at home and Adam comes home in an hour and a half.

Dark soy sauce is an aged version of soy sauce. It's thicker, less saltier and more sweet. It's usually used for adding that dark color and deeper flavor to Chinese food. You can get it at any Chinese shop and is labeled as dark soy sauce.
