I just found out that the security guard that was killed at the Damage Plan concert was Lord Mayhem. I only knew him by sight, but his presence will be sorely missed by many at faire.

Yah so in his infinite wisdom my boss gave me the day off. Bah! All I can think about is how useful that would have been yesterday. I could have hung out with ppl at faire just that much longer, perhaps even spent another night... ah well. Gotta vote today anyhow. Not even sure I've made up my mind which way I'm going.
