To all those who hate Comcast

AT&T now has cable service in our area and are trying to lure people away from Comcast. They seem to have some decent deals, but I'm wondering about how dealing with them compares to the sucktasticness that is Comcast. I just don't want to deal with Comcast any more if I can finally get away from them. I like what I saw of the AT&T deal, but

On one hand, it's good to know there's an alternative. On the other hand, I'm appalled that it's being offered by A%&T. We purposely divested ourselves of our landline through AT&T and our phones (which had been bought out by AT&T) because we despise AT&T so much. We've had *issues* with them in the past.
