I know that if I don't write at least something here today, I won't get to do it for another looong while. Though I feel like I've failed at LJ yet again, it has been for a good cause I hope. I went to see Evanescence in Calgary. I took a 13,14, and 15 year old with me, but at 25 I was by no means one of the oldest people there. My friend and I both noticed that there were a lot of older (in their 40's-50's) people there who were not accompanied by children of any sort.
I found the crowd to be a lot older than usual actually, which was a blessing because I always feel wierd and out of place when I take the kids to concerts and I'm the oldest one there. (Theyre not MY kids. they're my friends kids...)

Really? Man, in Edmonton I hardly saw anyone. Perhaps I was sitting in the wrong section. :D I don't go to many concerts, but the weird and out of place thing - that was totally me!

I knew I had to check your LJ today, I swear I'm damn near precognative... I'll make you some more origami, so far I've made 15 paper cranes, only 985 left, woo! but my favorite to make are the frogs, there's just so much folding for them ^_^ well I'll let you go back to studying now *hugz*

OMG Yay! Someone remembers me! You have no idea - it means a lot! :D Hahaha, it's even worse since my computer is being fixed and I can barely get online to check email or LJ.

You'll see this eventually, I guess. It's not like I've been around much either, even though I'll keep up more now that I'm just generally more comfortable about things.

And I work at a guardrail factory now. It's fun, if by "fun", you mean hell. But the money is awesome.

Money *does* help at a job. This coming from someone who is currently jobless for the summer and blowing 7,000 on a trip to Japan. >_< I kinda wish I was at your hellish guardrail factory. Interesting job choice, how did you find that?

And as a side note: so glad to hear from you!!!! After this trip is over, I am definitely getting with the LJ again. *nod nod*
