Katie and I hit the Iron Horse Trail in about 7 hours. Wish us luck. We're shooting for a little over 40 miles, including the 2.3 mile tunnel. I'll let you know how it goes. And I'll take pictures.

Mountain biking is great.

I'm pumped for our show tonight. After our show on Friday, I've been really excited. I've never played like that in front of a crowd, and never have my vocals sounded so good...in front of a crowd. Tonight is special anyway, and I'm looking forward to it a lot.

Everything else I have to say is my own, and I'll choose to keep it to my fingers.

Endfest was beyond words.

Work is boring. Mountain biking is not.

15 mile bike rides in this kind of heat are not much fun. I wouldn't suggest trying it, unless you want to rid your body of every milligram of salt.

Man, Warped Tour was awesome. I'll post pictures later. Less Than Jake was my favorite of the day. Saves The Day, Sherwood, and Underoath were clost behind. I can't wait for next year. We camped at Sun Lakes State Park, and went cliff jumping at Deep Lake Saturday and Sunday mornings. It was great.

So I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday taming this beast. Lame.
