My pacemaker aches like crazy. We just got a big cold front, and the highs tomorrow are not expected to get out of the 80s! We'll be in the low 60s tonight.

My dog just cut a silent-but-deadly fart in his sleep, and it's REALLY rank. The fan is blowing from his tail to his head, and tho he didn't wake up, I could see his right eye watering! He's ( passed out )

My cell phone is broken. No, I mean ( BROKEN )

The power was out at the ranch most of the day yesterday; it went out around 11 am and came back on maybe around 11 pm or midnight, I'm not sure. I was asleep early, like by 11, but woke at 5:30 hungry! I stayed in bed till 7 or so, then got up, fed the dogs, and had breakfast. I'm sleepy now!

The friend I sailed with this weekend is a doctor in the Houston area, and has been volunteering in the Astrodome. She says contributions to American Red Cross go to the national coffers, to overhead, to paying employees of the national organization, and some eventually trickles down to disaster relief.
