I have somehow managed to get myself roped into taking a small group of 12 year old boys to see IT tomorrow. Low sexual content, high slasher content (hence the R rating). I will be making sure the other parents know what their sons are going to see!

A motley crew
I had to go to the bank today to put money in Mandi's account. I went in my pj's since I was going through the drive through anyway. Brought all three dogs and left my phone at home. I get almost to the bank and realize I may not have enough gas to get there. The dogs were in the back rolling the window all the way down after I kept rolling it back ( Read more... ) -
Fall
Looks like my fall cold is right on time. Boo to runny noses!
My dog has taken to using me as a thunder shirt of some sort. She crawls between my back and the couch and hides from my BIL. He's a big guy, but he's never hurt my dogs. They are afraid of him anyway.

Lacking focus
I just don't have the focus that I need. Is it the ambien I started taking after my mothers death? Is it the stress of being a single mother and trying to make ends meet when I accepted all the debt at the divorce? All I know for sure is any mess I have made, I made myself and that means I should be able to clean it up, right? But I can't focus on ( Read more... ) -
Work flow
Today has been better. I have checked a lot of to do's off the list and that makes me feel better. Still not quite human, not quite myself, but better. I got a call from my daughters college, one of those alerts, and my heart dropped. So much has happened since I last posted, I'm not even sure where to begin. I have survived three layoffs, I am divorced, my oldest daughter is now married and expecting a child of her own and my youngest daughter is on her way to college in two short weeks.
