A Non-Update
Holy crap, I didn't realize I'd blogged somewhat consistently on here for a whole year before abruptly stopping in August. I just went through all my old entries. Deleted a whole bunch of "Writer's Block" entries, all of the ones that consisted of just a few lines of text. If it actually inspired a real entry, I kept it. Otherwise, it looked ( Read more... ) -
Should I? Shouldn't I?
I'm sort of in need of a bathing suit. I say sort of, because I have one that's barely used, so it's still "good", technically, but it fits me terribly and the extremely padded cups embarrass me. The only other bathing suit I have is really ragged and falling apart, and I really should throw it out. So between those two choices, I never go swimming ( Read more... ) -

Have a blog/journal/etc? I actually have several - I have a blog on MySpace, I have a blog on Google, I have a blog on a long hair site I recently joined, and of course, there's my LJ. I made up a budget for my fiance and I... I've been finally allowed to take a gander at his finances, and WHEW - my work was cut out for me! I've pared down everything to bare-bones essentials, and made up separate spreadsheets for each of our budgets. Possible Method of Coping with Trichotillomania...
I think I maybe have found a way to cope with and possibly further manage my trichotillomania. It's really premature to be able to tell if it will actually make any difference, but it makes sense to me. It's really a very strange thing to do, but then, so is plucking hairs in the first place.

Last week, when I was freaking out thinking I may have failed my final exam, my classmate chided me: "Victoria, you know your stuff, and you always feel this way about every test. My financial aid went through. Now to worry about my grades. I know I passed both classes, and in one of them, the best you can do is simply pass, there's no letter grade. So that one's good. It's my lecture class I'm worried about. I did well up until last night's test. I always worry about what grade I might have gotten, and sometimes I feel ( Read more... ) -
Some people just have shitty luck, I guess...
I'm not even sure if I ever got around to writing that my mom had gotten married, but that was this past Christmas (well, two days after, anyway). My financial aid hasn't been processed yet. I called the office and they told me that the summer term should be covered by the 2008-2009 application, but I didn't get an award when I filled that one out before the fall term.
