It was great to get back to training last night. I could definitely feel I lost some conditioning, but over all it was good. I think I'm going to go once a week, on top of the 2/3 classes, and do weights, bag work, and conditioning (ie punching and kicking bags full of sand/rice). Time to get back into it.

Psyched about practice then gay bar!

Spent the weekend up at my mom's. Wanted to hang with buds on Friday but they were far away and I didn't feel like driving so far. Instead drove around with my sister collecting sounds for some movies she's making. It actually was a lot of fun. Had a very nice thanksgiving yesterday. Got up early and played computer games with Ian. Then at noon braved the dreadful weather to go to Bill's house. Everyone was still asleep when I got there, but my presence roused everyone. Sat around watching football. Just got back from training. It was a good one. I was surprised at my stamina this class. I would of thought not going for a week and a half would've killed me but I was feeling really good. Had a really great practice with Randy et. al. I think we've essentially got a decent set down. We have 6 complete songs, but that definitely is a good 1/2 hour worth of material. It was the first time we could play through the entire set and have them sound like cogent songs. Seems like we'll be putting them to a demo the first weekend of ( Read more... )
