I finally got a day off today. I worked straight from Sunday to Thursday, getting off at 10pm!! Although my boss did treat me to great Vietnamese food. I dont usually do spring rolls, but those were the best i ever had. You wrap them up in lettuce, mint leaves, rice noodles, etc. its fabulous...hmm. i think im craving them again ( Read more... )

So I had a great weekend! On Saturday, I hit Lacy's pool w/ Maureen.
