i have been jobbed, a month and a half into summer. who's in any rush? how sad, no more weekend flings for me. but my boss is very nice and believes me to be very competant, which will be his ultimate demise. i can wait to smell like coffee every day of the week but i can't wait for free drinks. i WILL meet rick capenelli this summer, or whoever's

i just spoke to my friend who's living in the house. she can't get ahole of a digital camera, and is wondering if it would be possible for you to actually go up and view the room?

some info: the room is just above the main floor ( but not on the top floor). There's a big window in the room, which has just been painted. There's a closet in the room, and a cable so you can hook up a tv or internet or whatever.

anyway, let me know if you can get up to see the house. if it's really not possible, hopefully we can find someone with a digicam.

despire my best efforts, i suck at being a real estate agent, so : if you call 416-736-0740 and ask for Maddy ( she's the one conducting the tenant search) ... tell her you heard about the house from nikki, and i'm sure she'll be happy to arrange a time for you to see the house and answer any questions you might have.
