I just got home from work and it has been a great day so far in till I got home my mom told me I need to eat dinner with the family. work went really good but the bad part of the day is that I need to eat a healthy dinner with parents which sucks. Well, I am about to leave the house but I thought I would give a quick up date before I go. Well, I restarted the fast last night and all I had was neg cal's in a small carrot I just had a few seconds ago. Everything is going good.I can feel the thinness coming on. Well, I am 20 years old and it does not feel any differnt then being 19. Today at work has been a crazy day everything was coming at once and I feel like I have been though world war 3 so to speak.
