I was up and down most of last night feeling horrible. Hot flashes, my sinuses were pounding, nauseous and achy. It felt like it would never stop. I finally got to sleep around 6AM I think. ugh. feel better soon! i just got over a really bad sinus infection myself. they're not much fun. =/

Keep in mind that my brain activity is overactive in the morning, k? So as I started to read your post, I got to 'hot flashes' and was like 'what the hell? mark has menopause????... do guys have menopause? haha, naahhh' then I continued on. Just thought I'd share that.
