Writer's Block: In the Event of a Zombie Emergency

How would I tell the difference between that and what I see on the streets every day?  Frankly, apart from the "must eat brains" thing, there aren't many differences between them and the faceless ones before caffeine sets in.  Its sort of like that joke about "what's the difference between a catfish and a lawyer".
