The best things you could do in this situation you've taken steps towards already. Completely cut yourself off from him. Tell him it seems he has already decided who and what is most important to him and that it isn't you so he can go snort it for all you care. Callous I know but that's my advice. Maybe he will realize that he is fucked up and try and straighten out but either way in the state he is in you don't need to be around him much less depend on him in anyway.
