I know I haven't updated in months so here's a brief overview. I am currently enrolled at Delgado Community College. I just got word that I was selected as a recipient for a $1500 scholarship. I may be able to afford school after all.

So my brother was hit by a car just a little while ago. Luckily he is fine so far he was able to walk back to his apartment. But no one helped him crawl out of the street after the hit and run. I have news! No I did not fall off the face of the Earth but I have in fact gotten my GED and a $1500 scholarship for doing so! I will be getting internet soon and posting more often but I am happy!

Thanks to the infallible Mr. Lampo I am on the fast track to getting back in school. I am moving into a new badass apartment right on St. Charles Ave. I still don't have a job but then again I am working on remedying that. I am on my way to a having a license. I have good friends and a damn supportive family. I think life is going good right now.-

My flight home is for 6 o'clock Sunday night October 14th. I'll be getting around 7:30 or so if anyone wants to hang out with me in the coming weeks let me know.

I know its been forever and a day since I posted last. I do check LJ most days just rarely post. I will be moving back to NOLA here in the next couple of weeks. Most probably next tuesday or wednesday. So gimme a call if you guys want to hang out or something.
