It has been many-a-week later and I have now lost 25 lbs. Now this should be much higher, but I have had my weeks of slacking and I have made not so We Wah friendly decisions, but the most important thing is that I still continue to track and stay with it. I know in the end this is the healthy and keep it off way for me. So here's to another 25 ( Read more... )

Thank you for the support. It means a lot. Maybe, when I've done it for a while I could share some secrets. But weight watchers has really been helpful. I screw up some weeks. And then some weeks, i "lose too much" according to them, but the thing is that I've atleast stuck with it. It's hard sometimes, with everything going on, and with the cravings... and yes, us fat people do get food cravings, but when Sara and I have the money to buy groceries and cook at home I eat so well, and so healthy. I can't wait for us to have money for that again.
