Well, my friend Lee, who is a lifetime member of weight watchers for reaching and maintaining her goal for a certain amount of weeks has decided it's time for her to go back to meetings. It has been many-a-week later and I have now lost 25 lbs. Now this should be much higher, but I have had my weeks of slacking and I have made not so We Wah friendly decisions, but the most important thing is that I still continue to track and stay with it.
