It's got to be the giant purple fuzzy hat with the zebra band -- there is obviously much juju in that hat.

The Pimp Hat might well have been a contributing factor. I was wearing it the first time I kissed her. Perhaps she was impressed at my mastery of Pimpology.

I'm not sure I can bring myself to part with it. They're readily available for reasonable prices on eBay, although I'm not sure exactly how their Mojo actually works, so your mileage may vary.

Out of all the folks here that needed to get out of this place (not for bad reasons), you were definitely in my top 3 list. Here's hoping you stay out of here for a long, long time with something we've all been wanting ourselves.

Ha ha, visiting is nice too. If you want to share pointers to any future sodders that come around, then that would be all the more dandier. It makes us remember that there is progress out of this group. ;)

I'm not sure what tips to share really. The only things I can think of which may have been contributing factors were:

1 - I genuinely stopped caring (rather than just telling people I didn't). I realised I'd been single for aaages and actually it hadn't done me a great deal of harm.

2 - I bought a pimp outfit, and wore it :o)

3 - It turned out my friends knew loads of girls I had previously been aware of, and bent over backwards to set me up with one they thought I'd like.

4 - Did I mention the pimp outfit?

I wasn't aware of that rule, no. I'll have to mention it to The Missus (woo, sounds odd saying that again). We haven't really got to the baby-making conversation yet. Things are moving slowly at the moment, largely because I've forgotten what people in relationships are actually supposed to do. I need to join some kind of rehabilitation_for_ex_single_people_n_sod_it group or something.
