It wouldn't have done any good, I'm afraid. Any neat piles I would've made wouldn't have lasted long with ten cheery fire lizards around.

... they burned quite a few piles we found, though.

It was a good day. I did some shopping and sat outside with coffee. I love the Autumn weather.

It's such a nice change from the summer. Winter won't be as pleasant for me, but I agree about Autumn.

So what did you find while shopping?

I'm not big on winter either but Autumn is that perfect place between hot and cold. You can wear mini skirts and tee shirts in the afternoon then sweaters and tall boots in the evening.

Mostly I updated my Winter clothes. A couple of sweaters, some cardigans and an amazing pair of brown riding boots. The heel is a little lower than I usually like but they're pretty enough to be worth it.

My reason are mostly because I'm used to the warmer weather now, since I'm not in the Hall back home. Not as much as I used to be.

I'll be needing to do that soon. I don't have much left that I can wear from the last time I was here. I'm far too tall now.
