It had taken longer than she'd thought to get everything set up. Not a particularly surprising turn of events considering just how few parties Shepard ever planned, but it looked like it would go over well. The building had been secured, the entertainment set up, the ridiculous decorations stapled to the walls, the refreshments gathered and arranged, the booze liberated, and the gun check reinforced.
She'd sent out an open invitation on the network yesterday night and now it was time for the party.
Shepard locked down her gun and ammo (ironically in the crate she'd liberated the booze from) and moved out of the check room. Despite generally feeling like she'd be shot every time she rounded a corner (which was nothing new, really), she was working that dress. She unlocked the doors to the ballroom and programmed them to remain open until instructed otherwise.
Guests would be arriving any moment.
OOC: So hey. This is a pretty big CR opportunity. Everybody all crammed into one room. HOW EXCITING. Here's how it's gonna go down: we've written some headings up and there should be characters responding there. Always wanted to log a pre-dance pat down? WELL NOW IS YOUR CHANCE.
Beyond that we want you to get ALL THE CR. So feel free to make new threads at your leisure. Plot with muns you haven't plotted with before! Thread some dramus with the ones you have! We want this to go on forever. LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN.
