It's Monday morning, and I'm back at work. There is one very depressing aspect of my job. As previously mentioned (or maybe I haven't mentioned it), I work in the Geriatrics department, at the School of Medicine here. It's Sunday afternoon. It's been a rather low-key weekend, which is nice. Friday night, Jenni and I went to support our friend, Adam, as he karaoke-dj'd for a whole night, by himself at B-Dubs (Buffalo Wild Wings). Then yesterday, hung out with Jenni again. Today has been one of those days, and the only saving grace is that it's Friday. This is one of the downsides of where I work. Every single Friday, there is a meeting at 8 AM. I thought I got paid today, but in fact I get paid tomorrow. It's amazing how things in life can change so quickly. Perspectives, beliefs, situations, etc. It's a topic I've spoken of a lot recently, obviously.
